From a small Fort Lauderdale shop to a 30,000 sq ft engineering and manufacturing facility, D'Angelo Marine Exhaust has spent four decades engineering exhaust systems for the world's finest yacht, sportfish, commercial and military vessels.
A family business that grew with the industry
D'Angelo Marine Exhaust, Inc. was incorporated in 1986 in a small fabrication shop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. By 1993 we had outgrown the original facility and moved into a 23,000 sq ft building to house administration, manufacturing, service, and sales.
Today we occupy two contiguous buildings totaling 30,000 square feet — all dedicated to state-of-the-art marine exhaust systems and SeaClean diesel particulate filter (DPF) production, service, and repair.
Under CEO and Principal Robert Montes and an extended family of employees, D'Angelo continues to grow throughout the continental United States and worldwide.

Premium alloys
316L stainless as standard. 321, AL6XN, and Inconel for higher-spec or extended-warranty work. 5086 aluminum when specified.
Passivation
Components are immersed in a nitric acid tank to dissolve embedded iron and restore the original corrosion-resistant surface.
Die-formed elbows
We form elbows in-house in tube size — not pipe size — so every component fits perfectly the first time.
AWS-certified TIG welders
Aircraft-quality welds performed by hand. Argon-protected weld atmosphere from a 1,625-gallon on-site tank.
Quality assurance
AIAG-compliant APQP and PPAP with Cummins, Detroit Diesel and John Deere. Six Sigma quality principles applied throughout.
Worldwide service
Our teams have traveled from the Carolinas to Dubai, the Mediterranean to the Pacific Rim, to troubleshoot, measure, and install.
