Silicone (Blue) Single Hump Hose
Reduces vibration between the engine exhaust outlet and the muffler or exhaust tube. Withstands up to 350 °F (177 °C). SAE J2006. Dimensions are I.D. × Length. Hoses 10″ I.D. and up should be triple-clamped on each end; smaller than 10″ I.D. should be double-clamped.
Silicone (Blue) Double Hump Hose
Double-hump variant for added flexibility between the engine outlet and the muffler or exhaust tube. Same temperature and clamping ratings as the single-hump hose.
Silicone (Blue) Hose
Designed for wet exhaust or raw-water service. Withstands up to 350 °F (177 °C). Sold by the foot; 8″ I.D. and above are sold in 3′ lengths only. SAE J2006.
Temperature Alarm Switch
Normally open; activates (closes) at 220 °F.
Neoprene (Black) Hose
Neoprene hose can sustain temperatures up to 250 °F. We stock a complete collection of corrugated, softwall, and wirebound softwall neoprene hoses.
Softwall Wirebound Neoprene Hose
Wire reinforcement provides additional strength for longer connections with excellent flexibility. Recommended for runs longer than four times the I.D. of the hose.
Softwall Neoprene Hose
Non-wire softwall neoprene hose, designed for straight routings. Withstands up to 250 °F (121 °C).
Corrugated Neoprene Hose
Part of our complete neoprene line. Sustains temperatures up to 250 °F.
V-Band Clamps
Used to pull together and connect two circular (V-band type) flanges. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction.
AWAB Clamps
316L stainless steel with roller-band edges to eliminate the risk of damage to the hose.
T-Bolt Clamps for Silicone Hose
3/4″ wide 301 stainless steel band with 18-8 stainless T-bolt and lock nut. Sized for silicone (blue) hose.
T-Bolt Clamps for Neoprene Hose
3/4″ wide 301 stainless steel band with 18-8 stainless T-bolt and lock nut. Sized for neoprene (black) hose.
Turbo Covers
Insulation blankets for the turbo outlet. In-stock covers are silver; we also fabricate them in black, gray, or white on request.
Sweep Covers
Insulation blankets for the turbo inlet manifold. In-stock covers are silver; we also fabricate them in black, gray, or white on request.
Stanchion Support Kits
Support exhaust risers and elbows to the engine or transmission. All risers and elbows weighing 10 lb or more must be supported. Choice of matte or polished finish.
Silkolene Sealant
Seals joints to prevent leakage of high-temperature air or other hot gases. Resists temperatures from 200 °C to 800 °C.
Crush Sleeves
14-gauge 316L stainless steel construction.
Exhaust Installation Kits
Include all components required to install an exhaust system to the turbo of the specified engine.
Band Straps
Fit around elbows or tube sections to provide a connection point for support stanchions as required by your system. Available in matte or polished finish.
Flexitallic Gaskets
Dry-service gaskets rated to 1500 °F. No bolt holes — designed to fit on flat, clean, dry surfaces. Sized O.D. × I.D.; size as close as possible to the I.D. of the connecting surface.
Pipe Plugs
Removable square-head plugs on the flange of the exhaust riser. Allow access for exhaust measurements such as back-pressure readings and thermocouple installation.
Bellows Kits
Made specifically for D'Angelo Marine Exhaust systems. Each kit includes 2 V-band clamps, a bellows unit, an insulation blanket, and installation instructions. Blanket color options: black, gray, silver, white.
